Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery once. If you are not home, they may leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbor, or provide instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick it up from a local depot.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at service1@mail.vixmoraleq.com to begin the returns process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Payment on Delivery
Please note that we currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders. All payments must be processed and confirmed through our online checkout system before items are shipped.
